With nearly 30 years of diverse, hands-on HR experience spanning telecommunications, restaurants, retail, distribution, construction, manufacturing, and Fortune 500 environments, Seth has built a career helping organizations grow by strengthening the way they lead, develop talent, and cultivate culture.

In 2025, after decades of leading HR functions and advising executives, Seth founded 6 Degrees or Less, a fractional HR and people advisory practice based on a simple philosophy: all business is relationshiping. He partners with small and midsize organizations to provide strategic HR leadership, executive coaching, talent strategy, and culture-focused guidance that aligns people with business outcomes - without the overhead of a full-time HR executive.

 

Seth’s approach is grounded in humility, authenticity, and the belief that people want to be led, not managed. He’s known for helping leaders expand their influence, navigate complexity with confidence, and build workplaces where people feel respected, connected, and capable of their best work.

 

Beyond consulting, Seth is the host of the “6 Degrees or Less” podcast, where he explores the art and impact of authentic networking - or as he calls it, relationshiping. The show dives into the idea that we’re all far more connected than we think, and that the quality of our relationships ultimately shapes the quality of our careers and our lives.
